But this dealership was staffed by friendly sales people, had a great selection, was low-pressure, and knew a LOT about the product they were selling. I had contacted them a day in advance, to inquire about the Soul and requested a sales associate be in contact with me so I had a name and number before I walked in the door. I had never had any dealings with Griffin Motors in the past, so I was a little nervous to go there. But our salesman, Mark Schlaudecker, eased our mind as we walked in to search for my next vehicle. As we explained our budget, he introduced us Kia Soul and Kia Rio. He was very professional in explaining each vehicle's features thoroughly, and offered for a ride. We did not feel any pressures, which we really liked. We decided to buy 2013 Kia Soul.The business manager, Bonnie Kirwin was very friendly and accommodating also as we go through paperwork. We had been looking and researching new cars for quite sometime using CARS.COM. Our salesman (Mark) was very helpful and helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. (Used the chat online to make contact (very useful). Found our car, test drove it and bought it 2 days later!
