Meet Our Team

Joel has been with the Griffin team since 2014!  He has taken over the role as General Manager for Griffin Motors in August of 2024. We are excited to have Joel in this new role! He has grown up around the car business and has been selling locally for over 13 years.  He is a native of the Conneaut Lake area and enjoys boating and fishing on the lake.  Joel also enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time with his wife Miranda and their son Hunter.  He strives to make the automotive buying process a painless, fun and easy experience!

Amy was born in Meadville and has grown up around the car industry.  She graduated from Penn State in 1998.  Amy continued her education at The University of Pittsburgh graduating with her MBA.  She returned to the Meadville area in 2002 and has been at Griffin Motors ever since.  Amy resides in Meadville with her husband Scott and their two children.  She is very active in the community, serving on the board of Women's Services and volunteering at her children's school and activities.  Contact Amy anytime at Griffin Kia to help you with your automotive needs!

Boone has worked the last 34 years in the automotive industry and has been with Griffin Motors since 1994.  His goal is to find you the perfect car or truck.  Boone is also our Commercial Truck Specialist, he can help you get the right commercial truck to fit your needs.  Boone lives in Linesville with his wife.  He enjoys riding his Harley, hunting and taking care of his horse.  Stop in anytime, call or email Boone with any questions.
